Our company engaged A Lucas Events for our 3D2N company trip cum teambuilding event held at Batam in Sep 2022. We had wanted to reward our employees with 3 days of fun after the 2-year lockdown. Maguire Jian, who had helped us with our prior events was specifically requested to facilitate this event.
Maguire ensured that our internal organising team was kept informed of all immigration requirements and program structure during the planning stage. Days prior to the event, we were presented with a situation which could potentially disrupt our plan. He handled it readily without disruption to the itinerary. During the trip, Maguire made certain that the program was carried out according to plan This included ferry boarding and disembarkation, bus transports, shopping day trip, room arrangements, meals, teambuilding games and corporate training.
The highlights of the event were the teambuilding games and corporate training. Maguire had taken much effort and consideration in deploying a series of thoughtful group processes in the form of games and thinking activities that covered everything from communication and collaboration to alignment with corporate objectives. He was effective in enabling our staff to feel more connected and we saw much collaboration amongst staff during these activities. More importantly our staff had fun at the same time.
We will recommend to engage A Lucas Events without hesitation.

This was the first time that we were able to carry out the event at such a grand scale and Maguire did not disappoint.
